Course Description | This is a continuation of Nursing Services Administration I.
The purpose of this course it to analyze the underlying principles, premises,
theories, research, models and practices needed by nurse administrators and
managers. Topics included are: decision making & problem solving,
communication, conflict management, organizational communication, stress
management, time management, selecting, developing and evaluating nursing
staff, conflict, culture, delegation, nursing informatics, evidence-based
practice, power, politics and influence, time and stress management. |
