This course will provide the students with an opportunity to develop management and leadership skills. This practicum experience is designed to integrate theory in a reality context of the manger’s role. Opportunities will be provided to integrate knowledge, skills and abilities learned throughout the theory courses to nursing practice. It focuses on application of leadership and management theories as well as skills in managerial settings. The practicum will take place at low and mid managerial nursing levels in a health care organization
