This course provides an introduction to practical utilization of nursing research, identification and analysis of relevant research findings, and critical review of evidence-based literature. The clinical project provides the student with opportunity to pursue an innovative idea of interest and analyze research findings related to this idea. In collaboration with a faculty member the student is responsible for the formulation of project objective, determining approaches to be taking in time frame for completion of the clinical project. The faculty advisor serves as guide, resource and a reviewer of the project during all its stage. Students are expected to perform at a high standard utilizing their individuality, creativity and innovation. A written major paper and oral presentation are required assignment which should include objectives, significance, and related literature, conclusion and recommendation.
