Thank you for visiting the website of the Faculty of Medicine at Jordan University of Science and Technology (FMJUST). Medicine has never been more exciting and challenging. We at FMJUST recognize the need for constant innovation and dedication to meet the increasing medical challenges that the 21st century promises.

FMJUST houses six basic medical science departments and thirteen clinical departments. The faculty and staff are dedicated to fulfilling the faculty's mission. The students will learn from a group of distinguished faculty members who have trained abroad at the best universities and hospitals. The solid infrastructure and the well-established educational program made our medical school among the best in the region.

FMJUST has a six-year WFME-accredited MD Doctor of Medicine program. Basic medical education is well distributed over three years and carried out by highly qualified staff and supported by the university's solid infrastructure. Clinical education is especially strong as students will be exposed to a wide range of cases in the attached 600-bed tertiary King Abdullah University Hospital (KAUH) and several community hospitals. We also offer a bachelor's degree in Health Policy and Management. The faculty also offers six master's programs in basic medical sciences, public health, and health management. MD students can choose the basic medical sciences track, a unique program that ends in a bachelor's degree in basic medical sciences (iBMS). Another major and highly competitive program at FMJUST is the Higher Specialty in Medicine, an ACGME-I accredited residency program done in collaboration with King Abdulla University Hospital and provides clinical training and certification in all medical and surgical specialties.
