Laboratory (Cell Culture Lab)
Lab Description
1. Introduction: In our lab we investigate the activity of certain compounds against cancer cell lines using 2D and 3D culture model. This is for in vitro screening, in an attempt to evaluate the anticancer effects as potential pharmacological and therapeutic intervention. The effects are evaluated using functional assays and molecular biology investigations. 2. Equipment: Class II safety cabinet, hypoxic chamber, Cell culture microscope with camera and CO2 incubator. 3.
