This course introduces the students to the most important health laws and regulations implemented in Jordan such as public health regulations and pharmaceutical and drugs regulations. Also it focuses on medical liability of physicians, pharmacists and other health professionals for practice errors. It also provides examples of Jury decisions in regard to medical errors and patient’s rights.
