This course expands the focus of management to include more detailed topics, such as leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation strategies, and communication effectiveness. Likewise, the course provides a framework for understanding how managers and organizations are responding to problems and how to move from individual style of management to large group, long-term and significant organizational leadership.
