This course will provide the student with the knowledge and understanding of the
foundation of operations function in health sector. Students will be provided with the
concepts, techniques and methods applicable to operations, problems and challenges facing
the health organization with the emphasis on concepts of competitive advantage, quality
improvement and decision making in operation areas such as (facility requirement
and
utilization , control and coordination of resources inputs and outputs, performance
measurements​
