P.H. (751): Nutritional Assessment ( 2 Cr. Hr):
Factors used to assess nutritional status such as dietary intake, anthropometric measurements, biochemical assays, & physical examination findings and the methods for evaluating the three factors are critically analyzed . the students have the opportunity to learn and practice laboratory techniques for the a analysis of various nutrient levels in the blood and urine.
