P. H. (742): Principles of Training Health Workers (2 Cr. Hr.):
The course emphasized the new knowledge and understanding of the learning process. It gives learners the knowledge, skills needed to carry out task analysis and plan a task based curriculum, so that learners have clear distinctions between the different types of things which must be learnt, the knowledge, attitudes, the skills of communication and decision making, the manual or psychomotor skills. Thus it provides the basis for planning overall course programs, planning the assessment of trainees and choosing training methods .
