P.H. (734) : Health Economics (2 Cr. Hr.):
The purpose of this course is to help students understand & use economic concepts and techniques and apply them in the area of financing , planning and evaluation of health services. Topics covered in this course will include the supply and demand of medical care services, markets for health manpower, cost benefit analysis, and cost effectiveness analysis.
