The Industrial Engineering Department at the Jordan University of Science and Technology organized a lecture entitled "An Introductory to Fab Lab Irbid" presented by Eng. Akram Al-Hmoud on Wednesday 22nd November of 2017. In the lecture, Eng. Al-Hmoud presented the capabilities of Fab Lab, 

Al-Hmoud pointed out during his lecture to the potential collaboration between Industrial Engineering and Fab Lab, especially in research projects for the faculty members and graduation projects for the undergraduate students where the students can have practical experience on numerically controlled machinery and power tools available at the lab.

 

The lecture was attended by the head of the Department, Dr. Omar Bataineh, and a number of professors and students.
