Under The Patronage of The Prime Minister Jordan Engineers Association Organizes the Eighth Jordan International Chemical Engineering Conference (JIChEC 2017) was held in Amman-Jordan in the period 7-9 November, 2017. This series of conferences is held every three years by Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and Jordanian Universities in co-operation with the local industry. The first conference started in 1993, since then, number of participants from different countries has grown progressively.

All submitted research papers were subjected to peer reviewing.  Proceedings of the conference will be published electronically. Two workshops were held in conjunction with the conference.
