Lab Description
The department has a variety of analytical equipment necessary for organic and inorganic chemical analyses. In addition, to a wide range of instruments for materials characterization. Students and researchers are thus able to gain essential hands-on skills in measurement and analysis. The following is a list of the major characterization instruments in the department: • Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) • Fluorescence spectroscopy • UV/visible spectrophotometer • FTIR • Electrometer with a 2-electrode fixture • Digital Multimeter with a four-wire probe • Thermal conductivity
