The Careers in Aviation Program, a 6-month training program funded by Boeing and implemented by Amideast in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth, focuses on enhancing employability skills for the aviation sector. Following the success of the previous program from March to October 2023, the upcoming version will launch in February 2024, concluding in August 2024. The program aims to empower 60 Jordanian jobseekers aged 21 to 35 through three specialized tracks: cabin crew, airport services, and engineering.
