Prof. Muhammad Hussein Alu''datt received Abdul Hameed Shoman Award for Arab Researchers for the 39th session for the year 2021 in technological sciences and agriculture under the food processing and food technology subject.

The Award committee unanimously agreed on Prof. Alu''datt to win equally because of his significant contributions in food science and technology, and because of the practical implications of his research and to the activities that serve the local community.
