​Fundamental principles of incubation, housing and equipment, cleaning, and disinfection of poultry housing. Basic principles brooding, feeding, biosecurity, processing, and marketing as applied to broiler and table egg production. (Prerequisite: AP 313 or AP 315 or concurrent)
