The immunology laboratory at the Veterinary medical basic department highly equipped to perform cell culture and different serological techniques such as ELISA, Haemagglutination inhibition, complement fixation test and agar gel immunodiffusion. In addition, the immunology laboratory can run western blotting and some basic molecular techniques such as PCR on limited scale. The immunology laboratory also performs fluorescent staining of the immune cells for further analysis by flow cytometry facility present in King Abdulla hospital.
