Steps to Obtain the University ID

- The student logs into the Student Services portal.
- Click on the "Student Information" menu and select "Personal Photos."
- Upload an appropriate personal photo, adjust its dimensions (using Zoom +, -), crop it as needed, and save the final edited version.
- Upload a clear copy of your ID card or passport in the designated area.
- Review the photos to ensure they are correctly uploaded, then save them.
- The designated staff member in the Deanship of Student Affairs will electronically verify the personal photo against the ID card or passport. If the photo is suitable and matches, it will be approved, and the student will be notified via an email to their university account stating "Photo Approved." The student can then print a temporary electronic ID notification (PDF).
- If the photos are not suitable, they will be rejected, and the student will be notified via email to re-upload appropriate photos.
- The Deanship will send the ID information to the bank for printing the smart university card.
- Students will be notified electronically about the dates for collecting their IDs once the bank has completed processing them (approximately within two months).
- The student should visit the bank's ID issuance center on campus to collect their card.
