Blood Bank-Friends Association: This Association

to be kept in the blood bank at Princess Basma Teaching Hospital in
Irbid for emergency use. Members of this Association also seek
volunteers from students and others to donate blood. Typically, this
Association organizes a one-week campaign once every year to promote its
objectives, attract new members, collect donated blood, etc.
Music: Various types of musical instruments are
available to students to enable them practice their hobbies under the
supervision of an instructor. Groups are regularly formed to play
musical instruments, sing national and traditional Arabic songs as well
as foreign songs, and to perform the Arabic national folk dance (Dabka).
These groups participate in various events and celebrations at the
University.
Fine Arts: Students are provided with the proper
painting facilities for developing their talents and appreciation of the
arts. An instructor is available in the painting hall to train
students, supervise them, and provide any help. Exhibitions are
organized to display the students works.
Theater Activities: Different plays are performed on
campus by students and under the supervision of staff from the Deanship
of Students Affairs. The plays depict different aspects of the social
life in Jordan.
Newsletter and Magazine: (Rehab Al-Jamiah), the
University Newspaper, is issued monthly. Its purpose is to encourage the
social and cultural interaction among University members, especially
the students. It also allows students to develop their talents in
different areas, such as poetry, story writing, social science, ...etc.
The Newspaper also helps in getting the students used to the university
atmosphere by publishing the University news and covering most of the
activities of the faculty staff and students associations and clubs.

introducing the University activities and achievements to the readers
