-Supervisors have the right to enter and inspect student rooms as necessary.
-Students are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and organized. Food should be stored in designated kitchen cabinets, not in the rooms.
-Supervisors are authorized to monitor room cleanliness. Non-compliance may result in a financial penalty of 10 JD.
-Maintain cleanliness of the building and its facilities. Ensure that electricity is turned off and faucets are closed after use.
-Preserve the furniture in rooms and common areas. Do not move or misuse it.
-Personal electrical appliances (such as microwaves, toasters, electric heaters, air conditioners, etc.) are not permitted in the rooms.
-Personal belongings (e.g., money, jewelry) should be secured, as the housing management is not responsible for loss or theft.
-Inappropriate clothing is not allowed in the rooms or within the building. Note that buildings are monitored by cameras.
-Do not leave your room open for any reason.
-Maintain quiet and avoid gathering in rooms, hallways, and common areas.
-Use designated study areas for studying after midnight, not the rooms.
-Do not leave the building after 10 PM.
-Be present in your room during the evening inspection by the supervisor.
-Only students listed in the admission request should register their departure and destination.
-Return all keys and property to the supervisor before leaving the residence at the end of the semester, when moving rooms, or when leaving the housing.
-Students who do not wish to renew their housing must vacate the room and return all property. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the full cost of the room for the following semester.
-Room changes require written approval from the responsible supervisor.
-Visits inside rooms are prohibited. Guests must be received in designated areas during specified hours (8:30 AM to 9:00 PM).
-Overnight guests are not permitted in the buildings. Violators will be referred to the Student Housing Disciplinary Committee and fined 20 JD per student per night. If a mother or sister stays overnight, approval must be obtained from the supervisor, with a fee of 10 JD per night.
-The use of cameras, including those on mobile phones, is strictly prohibited inside and outside the student housing buildings without prior permission.
-During long holidays and medical college students' schedules, the Student Housing Department will consolidate students into one building.
-Selling goods or food within the student housing buildings is prohibited.
-Animals are not allowed in rooms or facilities of student housing.
-Smoking of any kind and possession of hookahs in rooms and all facilities is prohibited. Violators will be referred to the Student Housing Disciplinary Committee and fined according to university regulations.
-Do not insult the university, students, or housing staff personally, online, or in media channels.
-Avoid hazardous and elevated areas that could cause personal or general harm within the housing facilities and campus.
-In case of emergencies, students should inform the supervisor to take appropriate action.
-Violations of these rules may result in one or more of the following penalties:
1-Warning.
2-Three levels of notice.
3-Expulsion from housing.
4-Payment of prescribed fines.
5-Penalties will be recorded in the student's file and may affect the issuance of a good conduct certificate upon graduation.
