​Accommodation Fees for Students Per Semester

 

       -  Buildings numbered from (1-10) include the following rooms with the following prices:

                 -  Single room for one student (containing bath, refrigerator inside the room) but with a sharing kitchen, fees 660 JD per semester.

          - Single room for one student, with a refrigerator in the room (sharing bathroom and kitchen) fees 492 JD per semester.

          - Double room for two students (bath, kitchen shared) fees 300 JD per semester.

        - Studios in Building B4:
          - A single studio for one student (containing a kitchen, bath, air conditioning, refrigerator, and microwave) Fees 1250 JD per semester.
          - Double studio double for two students (containing a kitchen, bath, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave) Fees 1500 JD per semester divided equallybetween the two students.

 - Triple Room (bath, kitchen shared)each student pays 250JD per semester.

 

          - Princess Basma Building :

  - First Wing:

  - Single room for one student (containing bath) sharing kitchen fees 1000 JD per semester.

   - Double room for two students (containing bath) sharing kitchen fees 1200 JD per semester divided equallybetween the two students .

               

 - second and third Wings:

           - Single room for one student (containing bath and kitchen) fees 1100 JD per semester.
           - Single room for one student (containing bath) sharing kitchen fees 1050 JD per semester.
           - Double room for two students (containing bath and kitchen)  fees 1400 JD per semester divided equally between the two students.
           - Double room for two students (containing bath)​ sharing kitchen fees 1300 JD per semester divided equally between the two students.

 

 Note:

 - All the prices above are reduced to half (50%) during summer semester

- All payments should also have a refund of 50 JD (returned when student leaves the housing)
