The Student Services Department
The Student Services Department offers a range of services to help university students adapt to campus life, continue their studies, and achieve academic success. These services include providing loans and scholarships for students in need and high achievers, as well as offering job opportunities in various university departments and laboratories. Additionally, the department maintains electronic student records from the moment of admission and oversees the issuance of student IDs electronically, after students upload their personal photo and identification (civil ID or passport). The smart student IDs are then issued by Cairo Amman Bank. The department also manages student mailboxes, handles lost and found items, and assists in resolving student-related issues through the Student Affairs Unit and the social counselor in the Deanship.

Student Data and Records:
To save time, students can use a computerized program available on the university's website at www.just.edu.jo/reg (Student Services) to enter their data from any computer, whether at home or in university labs. Students can also upload their personal photos and identification via the student information and personal photos section. Students are required to regularly check the Student Services website for any important notifications or announcements related to their interests.
The smart university ID (issued by Cairo Amman Bank) is provided once to new students during the admission period. If a student loses their ID, a fee of 5 JOD is charged for a replacement. In case of damage, a new ID is issued for a fee of 1 JOD, payable electronically through the student services website (document issuance section).
The department announces lost items and notifies owners via email through the student services platform. Items such as university IDs, civil IDs, wallets, bags, books, calculators, keys, and other personal belongings are handled by the department.
Every student enrolled at the university is medically insured and can access health services through the university health center or King Abdullah University Hospital.
