​On Sunday, November 23, 2025, the Deanship of Scientific Research organized an introductory workshop entitled:

"Managing Externally Funded Projects (European Union)"

Presented by Professor Fahmi Abu Al-Rub, the workshop was held in the Deanship of Scientific Research's meeting hall. The workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the types of externally funded projects, their funding mechanisms, and support procedures. Attendees included individuals interested in managing external projects from various university units and departments, such as the Financial Affairs Unit, the Internal Control and Audit Unit, and the Deanship of Scientific Research.

This workshop is part of a series of activities designed to enhance the efficiency of university staff, aligning with the Deanship of Scientific Research's strategic plan to support and encourage employees across departments and colleges. It also aims to strengthen the Deanship's role in attracting successful partnerships with external entities and fostering relationships with international universities and research institutions, thereby contributing to the university's advancement and achieving a prominent position among leading research centers.
