Call for Application: Communication Manager for SALAM Project (Interreg NEXT MED)
Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) is seeking to appoint a Communication Manager for the EU-funded SALAM Project under the Interreg CBC MED Programme. The selected candidate will lead communication, dissemination, and visibility activities to maximize the project's outreach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the project communication and dissemination plan.
Manage and update the project website and social media channels.
Prepare newsletters, press releases, promotional materials, success stories, and videos.
Coordinate with local and international partners for consistent communication.
Organize conferences, workshops, and outreach events.
Ensure compliance with EU communication and visibility guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in EU or international projects.
Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.
Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and basic design tools.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with ENI CBC MED, Interreg CBC MED, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, or other EU-funded projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with international partners and project staff.
Contract Details
Type: Part-time and out of official working hours at JUST.
Duration: Project-based contract, aligned with the SALAM Project timeline.
Location: Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid, Jordan.
