JUST-PIC Awards

Jordan University of Science and Technology – Paramedic Program gladly announces the launch of JUST-PIC Awards. JUST PIC Awards will be the platform to recognize and appreciate the experts and deserving in the field of Paramedicine.

Categories of Awards

JUST-PIC Awards will be presented to successful candidates from 2 categories as listed below:

• JUST-PIC Best Paramedic Award
• JUST-PIC Best Community Initiative Award

Awards Criteria

The objective of JUST-PIC Awards is to acknowledge Paramedics and Community Initiatives (public awareness) with outstanding contributions towards the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Community and public in Jordan. The individual is recognized for providing leadership, professionalism, and support to EMS and Jordanian Community.

Nomination Process

• The Nominator can nominate the candidate by following the below steps:

• The Nominator should fill the online Application form with letter of support highlighting the candidate's contribution towards EMS Community using this award submission form​ ​
• The Candidate should be an EMS employee, EMS Academic, or EMS student in Jordan.
• Candidate who would like to get nominated may approach another Paramedic, Emergency Physicians, or Academic Instructor, or Student to follow the same process.

Evaluation Process

• The Nomination online application form along with the letters of support needs to be submitted by 28 February 2023
• The Award Committee will review and evaluate the nominations
• The final decision would be conveyed to the award recipient by 10 March 2023

Awards Only

The recipient of this award will be acknowledged at the Closing Ceremony of JUST-PIC Scientific Conference – 14 March 2023

The winner will receive a plaque, recognition of his/her contributions in JUST-PIC publications and social media platforms​​
