Dr. Mark McEntee
Associate professor Mark McEntee is Associate Dean Student Life. He is an internationally-recognised researcher and teacher in diagnostic radiography. His research interests include breast density assessment, optimisation of breast cancer detection, medical image perception, diagnostic reference levels in CT and x-ray examinations, optimisation of radiation dose and image quality, optimisation of soft copy displays, the ambient environment and lighting conditions for radiological reporting, and image quality measurement.
Dr. Charbel Saadeh
An experienced medical imaging Assistant Professor in
anatomy, radiation physics and pathology with particular emphasis on CT and
MRI. A proven researcher with more than 100 scientific presentations at RSNA,
ECR, and international radiological societies. Charbel's role is to employ
ACR guidelines in the department of diagnostic radiology at AUBMC and ASRT
accredited education programs. Developing new imaging techniques which are
reflected in more than 50 peer reviewed research articles to enhance imaging in
the 21st Century.
Dr. Laila Abu Tahoun
Mrs. Laila is the Director of the Breast Imaging Unit at King Hussein Cancer Center. She is a Consultant Radiologist and the first radiologist in Jordan to obtain the European Board in Breast Imaging. Dr Laila is a graduate from University medical school of Debrecen wirh Summa Cum Laudae degree. She completed her residency training at Islamic Hospital in Jordan and has more than 10 years experience at KHCC in Breast Imaging and Interventions. She has established the Breast Unit at KHCC and led the unit to successful accreditation by HCAC.
Dr. Mohammad Rawashdeh
Dr. Mohammad is currently acting as the Chairperson of Allied Health Sciences department in Jordan University of Science and Technology, he has been assigned an Assistant Professor in Medical Radioation Sciences since 2015 and has been working as an Assistant Professor in Medical Radiation Sciences at the University of Sydney.
Dr. Mostafa Abdelrahman
Dr. Mostafa is an Assistant Professor in Medical Radiation Sciences at the Allied Medical Sciences Department in Jordan University of Science and Technology, acted as a Chairperson of the Allied Health Sciences Department from 2015 - 2016, Dr. Mostafa has also participated as an editor of the Jordanian National Radiographer Manual.
