prepare your contribution in the congress
Guidelines for Oral Abstract Presentation:
The meeting room is
equipped with digital projector, screen & desktop. Please let us know if
you need any other special requirements or software’s to be installed in the
podium desktop.
Speakers have 15 minutes
for their talk, plus 2 minutes for questions (controlled by session chair).
Please note that all
presentations must be brought on a USB key at least 90 minutes before the start
of the session. You will be notified by email regarding your presentation
schedule no later than September 30, 2018
The audience will be
international so please ensure to speak clearly and in English.
Guidelines for Rapid Fire Presentation:
Each presenter will be
allowed to screen 5 slides (1 title and closing slide + 3 content slides) and
speak for 5 minutes, after which, the sound system will be switched off and the
next speaker will commence from the other lectern. Presenters will use their
time to introduce delegates to their material.
Being well prepared is
essential so you manage to present effectively the most important and relevant
information of your abstract within 3 minutes. Make sure you get to the
conclusion / findings of your study without rushing and speaking too fast.
Guidelines for Poster Presenters:
Poster boards (1.8 meter x
1.1 meter) with poster numbers and pasting materials will be provided to each
presenter. We encourage you to paste the posters 1 hour prior to the start time
of poster sessions as per the final program.
Poster evaluation and
Certificate distribution will be done by the judges. Poster awards will be
presented on day 3 during the closing ceremony.
Certification:
All the attendees will be
provided with delegate certification signed by the organizing committee member.
Name and affiliation on the certificates will be printed on certificates as per
our records, for any changes or requests regarding the certification— please
contact us before one month of the congress.
