EngiTek 2025 Registration Procedure
Paper Review	Upon receiving at least two peer reviews, a paper acceptance/rejection email is sent to all paper authors. A Paper is accepted if its average review score exceeds a minimum acceptance threshold. Papers with high similarity and/or Gen-AI scores are rejected regardless of review scores.
Paper Acceptance	If you receive an acceptance email of your paper, please prepare the final version of the paper following reviewer comments and requests, Please email the paper final version to banat@just.edu.jo along with the modifications report. In your email message, please specify the person who will present the paper at the conference.
Registration	Upon receiving the above, we send you a link to a registration form that has to be completed and submitted by all authors who intend to register for the conference. Completing this form is very important; because registration fees are computed based on discounts that are applicable to the different authors of the paper.
