​We look forward to welcoming you to EngiTek 2025 in Irbid in December. Registration​ will open in November 2025. The confirmed registration fees for the conference are provided below; however, the specific dates during which each fee will apply have not yet been finalized. Additionally, EngiTek 2025 is pleased ​to arrange tri​ps for our participants and visitors to explore some of Jordan’s most well-known sites. Please note that these trips will be available for additional fees.​

• The regular registration fee is $500. All other types of regiatration fees are discounted fees.
  
  
• ​For late registrations, regular ​and discounted fees are 10% higher than early fees.
  
  
• Paper registtarions are per person. When more than one author of the same paper would like to register for the conference, each one of them is required to pay the applicable fees.
  
  
• If the same registering person is an author of exactly two papers, only one registration fee is required.
  
  
• If the same registering ​person is an author of more than two papers, one additional registration fee is required for each paper additional to two.
  
  
• ​If the same registering ​person is entitled to more than one registration discount, only the discount that results in the largest fee deduction applies. For example, a non-student local registrant who is also a member of the IEEE, can take advantage of the $150 discount for locals, but not of the $100 IEEE discount.
