		WDC, which is established at the end of 2019 at the Jordan University of Science and Technology with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and in cooperation with the University of East Anglia as part of its Blue Peace initiatives, is desigd to take the abovementioned considerations and dimensions in its mandate.
		Creating a central focus in the Middle East to Spreading the idea of transboundary water and enhancing cooperation in this field through the implementation of numerous programs, training workshops, and websites.
		Urging further progress through substantive discussions to define the needs of countries in the Middle East region and support sustainable development
		Promoting good methods for exchanging data and information to monitor transit basins to manage water issues.
		Sharing experiences and experiences on how to improve water management to increase the capability to face climate change.
		Reaching an effective strategy to engage with economic sectors that use water and influence water resources by applying the link between these sectors.
		Developing and implementing an educational strategy to integrate with a university education to provide graduates with appropriate and sufficient concepts and information to advance the water sector and its related sectors to remarkable levels.
		Developing and implementing a strategy to communicate with local water users and existing water initiatives, including those that are transboundary, to reach audiences throughout the region.
		Developing and implementing a program of workshops for building the capabilities of graduates in water sciences and law and other concerned professionals in the areas of discussions and diplomatic methods of dialogue related to the water sector and qualifying competencies capable of advancing this sector throughout the region.
		Coordination with all concerned parties in the water sector of the countries concerned through appropriate channels to encourage a clear vision of the shared transboundary water basins, collect information related to water basins, dams, and rivers that exist in the region, and create a unique reference for researchers in the water sector.
		Formation of trainers in the sector with specific transboundary knowledge and competence under a unified center providing them with the latest global experiences and systematic methods.
		Adopting and encouraging competitions for innovative pilot projects that serve the water sector.
		Creating a central focus in the Middle East to Spreading the idea of transboundary water and enhancing cooperation in this field through the implementation of numerous programs, training workshops, and websites.
