​The Center of E-Learning and Open Educational Resources at Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) organized a workshop titled “Revolutionizing Learning with XR Technologies and Artificial Intelligence” for students of the Faculty of Engineering. The workshop was conducted following the Center team's participation in a training program held under the UPTAKERS Project, funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.

In addition, the Center delivered a Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop under the same title for its staff members as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional capacity and disseminate the knowledge and expertise acquired through participation in the training program.

The workshop was delivered by Ibtisam Ababneh, Sinan Nassar, and Mohammad Al-Qudah, who introduced participants to the latest applications of Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in education and e-learning. The sessions highlighted the role of these emerging technologies in enhancing learner engagement, personalizing learning experiences, and designing innovative educational environments that support digital transformation in higher education.

The workshop also provided an opportunity to share the knowledge and practical experience gained from the training program, while showcasing best practices and modern tools that can be leveraged to advance teaching and learning in digital environments.
