On Tuesday (11/21/2023), the Center for E-Learning and Open Education Resources held a training workshop for the second batch of e-learning ambassadors in the center's smart hall.
The e-learning ambassadors initiative was launched in October 2022, which aims to train students from various faculties to be ambassadors for the E-learning center among students in their faculties. The ambassadors are trained on using the E-learning system, services, and platforms that are provided by the E-learning center to transfer this knowledge to other students and train them on using and utilizing these services and platforms.
Dr. Mohammad Al-Refai, Deputy Director of the Centre for e-Learning and Open Education Resources, welcomed the attendees and reminded them of the objectives and importance of the initiative. The colleagues Muhammad Al-Qudah, Eng. Amal Mansi, Alia Al-Zaarir, and Eng. Israa Al-Faouri also explained the applications and services launched by the center and discussed a plan for managing the upcoming meetings and training workshops that will be held by the E-learning ambassadors in cooperation with the center. Also, the ambassador, Hamza Al-Jamal, explained the Maharat platform -which is hosted and supported by the center- to the workshop attendees.
