The Center for E-Learning and Open Educational Resources, in cooperation with the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, held an online training workshop over MS-Teams on Wednesday and Thursday (December 28-29, 2022)  for a number of faculty members at JUST. This workshop is accredited for academic promotion and is in line with the national plan for integrating e-learning in higher learning institutions of 2021. The workshop title is: “Designing Effective E-Learning Materials”.

This workshop aims to equip the participants with the needed tools to design effective and attractive online courses following modern e-learning design methodologies.
The vice dean of the Deanship of Academic Development and Quality Assurance, Prof. Maher Tadros, opened the workshop and welcomed the participants.
The director of the Center for E-Learning and Open Education Resources, Dr. Mahmoud Hammad, provided an introductory overview of the workshop and its importance in improving the quality of online courses, and presented the services of the center. In addition, .Hammad enlightened the participants about the national plan for integrating e-learning in higher learning institutions of 2021  
The instructional design team at the center (Eng. Ibtisam Ababneh, Alia Al-Zaareer, and Sajida Musleh), presented the workshop and answered all the raised questions by the faculty members.​
