In partnership with the Human Resources Unit​, the Information Technology and Communications Center (ITCC) developed a new online system called "Training Needs System". The system is intended to assist university units and departments in identifying their training requirements, tracking those requests, and ensuring that these requirements are met.

The system is a significant​ ​tool for developing university personnel's skills and talents. It contributes to ensuring that employees have the necessary training to succeed in their occupations and jobs.​
