Coordinate with ITCC directors to follow up and review processes covered by ISO9001:2015 that they are responsible for.
Follow up and Review key performance indicators and risks of ITCC processes, also add new indicators for continuous improvement.
Prepare and follow up action plans related to customer satisfaction survey.
Prepare with Coordination with ITCC directors for internal audit process conducted by internal audit JUST committee.
Prepare with Coordination with ITCC directors for external audit process conducted by
Lloyd's Register
the accreditation company of ISO9001:2015 certificate.
Determining testing environment, testing tool(s) and testing strategy for in-house developed systems and services.
Preparing test plans to test chosen services and systems to be tested.
Execute test plans for the chosen services and modules to be tested.
Document, review and update executed test cases for functional and nonfunctional requirements.
Manage formal testing process executed by just units and departments (e.g. testing student registration system conducted by admission and registration staff each semester).
Review and audit MIS department templates (e.g. BRD business requirement document, Acceptance form, before sending to sign off by the requester units or faculties.
