On
the sidelines of the activities held by the Center of Excellence for Innovative
Projects during the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2024, a workshop on
intellectual property rights was organized today, Wednesday, 11/20/2024, in
cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade. During the workshop,
intellectual property and its types were discussed, especially patents,
legislation, laws, conditions necessary for registration, and procedures
related to obtaining protection. The workshop was implemented by the Industrial
Property Protection Directorate, Head of the Patents Department, Ms. Maysaa
Al-Sabaa, and the technical examiner of patents, Engineer Darwish Abu Qudum.
