As part of ongoing efforts to empower young people and enhance their leadership skills, the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects hosted a workshop entitled “The Art of Leadership and Influence," organized by the Crown Prince Foundation on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. This training workshop was part of a series of pioneering youth programs launched by the Crown Prince Foundation in Irbid Governorate, with the aim of honing young people's skills, empowering them with the most important tools of the age, and developing their personal and professional capabilities.
The training workshop, which targeted young people aged 18-25, focused on deepening participants' understanding of modern leadership concepts and mechanisms for building positive influence in a team. It also included practical sessions during which practical exercises were designed to enhance value-based and motivational leadership styles, contributing to building a conscious and capable leadership generation capable of bringing about change.
Hosting this activity as part of the Center's Global Entrepreneurship Week events is in line with its vision of supporting and empowering young people and providing an environment that stimulates creativity and innovation.
