The first meeting of the Center's Council for 2025 was held on Monday, May 26, 2025, in the meeting hall of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects. Several topics were discussed that would advance the services provided by the Center and directly contribute to achieving its objectives, which are derived from the University's strategic axes and goals. They also included providing an appropriate environment that would enable the Center to provide the best services to entrepreneurs, owners of incubated projects, and patents.

Prof. Muna Abu Dalo, Vice President of the University and Chair of the Council, welcomed all members of the Council, in the presence of the Center's Director, Prof. Muhannad Qwaider. Prof. Quwaider gave a presentation on the Center's tasks, activities, and most notable achievements, in addition to reviewing the Center's instructions and the formation of the Creativity Committee for 2025. Council members also presented several ideas that would improve the Center's work performance. The Center's Board of Directors consists of:

• Dr. Khaled Khreisat / General Manager of the Academic-Industry Integration Platform (Member)

• Dr. Ali Abdul Ghani Yaghi / General Manager of the Hussein Fund for Creativity and Excellence (Member)

• Engineer Radwan Khattab, General Manager of Rubu' Al Tabiaa Gas Production and Distribution Company (Member)

At the end of the meeting, the Board members toured the Center's departments to view the facilities and services provided.​
