Jordan University of Science and Technology, represented by the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, participated in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Hackathon organized by Abdelhamid Ben Badis University / Algeria during the period from 2-9/11/2024. This participation comes within the framework of international cooperation within the SAXEED ECO project supported by the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD. The delegation included Mr. Wael Talilan, Director of the Administrative Services Department, and all students: Ansam Al-Zaytawi, Aseel Ziad and Batoul Anab from the College of Computer and Information Technology, Rand Abdul Jaber from the College of Science and Arts, Osama Ahmed, Abdul Rahman Al-Qarani and Ziad Ghaith from the College of Engineering.

​It is worth noting that this workshop and competition aims to motivate students to innovate and innovate in the field of technological solutions to meet contemporary challenges in the field of energy. In conclusion, the ideas and projects submitted by 28 male and female students representing 9 teams were discussed, which resulted in our students winning the first three places among Algerian students.
