A team of organizers of His Highness the Crown Prince Award for the Best Government Services Application visited the University of Science and Technology on Wednesday, August 21, 2024. At the beginning of the session, Professor Dr. Muhannad Qwaider, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects, welcomed the attendees, who is the University of Science and Technology's liaison officer for His Highness the Crown Prince's Award for the Best Application. Government services, and he provided a brief explanation of the details of applying for the award in its fourth session, and then a team of organizers from the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship included: Entrepreneurship Projects Coordinator, Mr. Sati' Al-Mubaidin, and Head of the Innovation Operations Management Department, Ms. Farah Arabiyat, by providing a detailed explanation of all aspects of applying for the award, the organizers pointed out the changes that took place in this session, which included a new structure and governance of the award criteria and increasing the number of winning teams to five instead of three, to ensure the participation of the largest number of students from private and public Jordanian universities and community colleges, in addition to attracting expertise and participation. With more permanent projects, the space has been opened to answer all inquiries from students and faculty members who teach the leadership and creativity course at the university: Dr. Khaled Shehabat and Professor Sultan Al-Omari.

It is worth mentioning that the session achieved the desired benefit for the students to help and encourage them to apply for the award and benefit from this opportunity. At the end of the meeting, Professor Dr. Muhannad Qwaider expressed the center's readiness to adopt the students' creative ideas and support them in the event that they are not lucky enough to win the award. He provided an explanation of the center's artistic and technical readiness in order to support People with creative ideas and turning them into a reality product.
