Professor Muhannad Quwaider, Director of the Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects at the Jordan University of Science and Technology, participated in the meeting that brought together the directors of entrepreneurship and innovation centers at Jordanian universities with His Excellency Engineer Sami Smeirat, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. The meeting was organized by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Among the most prominent topics discussed among university representatives were success stories, ways to finance and facilitate the registration of startups, creating and developing an environment that supports creativity and innovation, and exchanging experiences.

This meeting is an important step towards strengthening the partnership between the academic and private sectors and providing the necessary support to develop the capabilities of entrepreneurship and innovation centers. This will enhance the level of business incubators at Jordanian universities, contributing to empowering youth and innovators and finding practical and sustainable solutions to the challenges facing Jordanian society.
