A unique workshop that combines physical and mental health,
to highlight the deep connection between physical well-being and mental peace, and how the balance between the two impacts our daily quality of life and our ability to give and persevere.
During this workshop, we will discuss a range of practical ideas and topics that foster a deeper understanding of the needs of both body and mind, and provide simple guidelines and insights that can be applied in daily life, contributing to the development of a more mindful, balanced, and healthy lifestyle.
The workshop also aims to create a space for dialogue and the exchange of experiences regarding self-care practices, managing daily stress, and promoting psychological well-being alongside physical health, within a balanced approach that combines knowledge and practical application.
This workshop is organized under the auspices of the Deanship of Student Affairs in partnership with the Center of Excellence, as part of joint efforts to promote health and mental well-being among students and foster a university environment that is more mindful of and attentive to holistic individual health.
