​The Center of Excellence for Innovative Projects has created a business accelerator to support startups, as it offers two main tracks:

A- The first track (Growth Program), through which the accelerator provides business development services to the startups that have been supported.

B- The second track (Investment) Launch - Investment, through which the accelerator provides services to connect emerging companies with a wide range of possible investment opportunities.

The center's business accelerator aims to help emerging companies grow and launch by providing an intensive training program lasting from three to six months. The business accelerator program also includes networking company owners with capital, investors, financial exhibitions, and the industrial sector in general. The center's business accelerator also works to provide work spaces equipped with all the needs of office furniture and services, and follows up on the needs of new incubated companies (consulting, training, etc.). In addition to helping market startup companies and helping them find funding or investment opportunities, this is in exchange for the center receiving a share of the company's profits to be agreed upon later.​
