In pursuit of its mission statement of training the next generation of scientists in the region, PHBC provides practical training course and several training opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students from institutions in Jordan and across the region—it is also engaged in international exchanges for medical students​​. The Center has attracted trainees from various disciplines, including students of biotechnology, genetic engineering, toxicology, and forensic sciences.
