The management scheme of PHBC:
The center consists of 16 laboratories organized into five Research Divisions and two Training Divisions. In addition, the administrative office takes part in a number of responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support to the Director and coordinate administrative activities with the center’s Divisions.
Maintain appropriate documentation for human resources, historical documents, and policies at the center. Update all personnel records, to include personal details, leave, absences, salaries, etc.
Support and participate in meetings, conferences, and activities. Carry out the day-to-day administrative functions relating to operations.
Ensure effective and efficient implementation of contracts, including deliverables and submitting invoices as required; maintain all appropriate contract documentation.
Implement the budget plan and expenditures as directed by the Director, including preparing and updating the monthly Balance Sheet and managing the petty cash and honoraria expenditures; coordinate financial matters with the department of finance at Jordan University.
Assess service needs.
