To serve as a pioneering national platform that empowers Jordanian women and girls, promotes their economic, political, and social participation, and ensures their protection from all forms of violence and discrimination. The Center strives to provide a safe and inclusive environment that guarantees dignity, equality, and justice, positioning women as active leaders in sustainable development and national modernization.
- Ending Violence Against Women and Girls: Implement targeted programs to prevent and respond to gender-based violence; raise awareness in communities; provide psychosocial and legal support to survivors; and strengthen cooperation with national institutions to enforce protective laws and strategies.
- Economic Empowerment of Women: Equip women with skills in entrepreneurship, technology, and the green economy, while increasing their participation in the labor market in alignment with Jordan's Economic Modernization Vision.
- Political and Social Empowerment: Promote women's and girls' constitutional and political rights and support their meaningful representation in decision-making and leadership positions at all levels.
- Strengthening the Rights Framework: Advocate for legal reforms that protect women and girls from violence and discrimination, while fostering a culture of human rights and gender equality.
- Safety and Human Dignity: Design and implement initiatives that enhance women's sense of security in both public and private spaces, integrating gender justice and community safety into sustainable development plans.
- Building Strong Partnerships: Establish and strengthen linkages with governmental, non-governmental, and international organizations locally, nationally, and internationally to expand the reach and sustainability of women-focused initiatives.
