Initiatives Development Section
The Initiatives Development Section is responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and evaluating specific projects or initiatives that contribute to achieving national sustainable development goals. The Section works closely with stakeholders—including donors, staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries—to ensure that project objectives are met and that project outcomes are effectively delivered to relevant parties.
Main Responsibilities:
Planning, managing, and implementing the Center’s projects or specific initiatives, including developing project proposals, timelines, and budgets; identifying donors and stakeholders; engaging them; and overseeing project activities.
Ensuring the quality of various project activities, compliance with relevant standards, and adoption of international best practices.
Managing project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring expenditures remain within approved budgets and that resources are allocated appropriately.
Monitoring and evaluating project results, collecting and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of project activities and identify areas for improvement.
Communicating project results and impact to relevant stakeholders—including donors, staff, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries—through reports, presentations, and other communication channels.
Building partnerships and networking with donors, stakeholders, and communities to enhance the impact and sustainability of project activities, while ensuring compliance with relevant instructions, regulations, and legal requirements
