This department is concerned with establishing a databases and collecting statistics showing the quantity and quality of achievements, making questionnaires and studies to conclude the opinions of the surrounding environment and the concerned parties about the quality of the service provided, and taking feedback from service recipients and the labor market to judge the performance of the various academic and administrative units at the university in order to measure the effectiveness of the plans and level of achievement.​
