This department is concerned with studying the methods that affect the teaching process and scientific research and developing plans and programs that help for development process, enrich their capabilities, and increase the effectiveness of the methods used through:

• Continuous improvement of faculty members by engaging them in workshops and courses related to teaching methods and scientific research, and developing and evaluating study plans to suit the needs of the local and global market.

• Studying the educational environment and developing plans that help motivate students and build and develop their abilities.

• Building the capabilities and skills of the university's administrative staff to serve the progress of the university's work.​
